I get the same message and I have emailed them many times asking for help without any response for the past 6 weeks. Not sure what to do. Moderators - please help !!!!!!

I didnt private message anyone but used the "contact us" portion at the bottom and explained my problem. I would not post to this topic or any topic unless I had an issue. I dont really have time to complain just willy nilly.
