Requesting permission to come aboard the USS Nato Nation. Been outfitting natos on all my sport watches for years now. I no longer own the Omega, Orient, or Seiko.

Passing time waiting for a flight. Idly wondering how many on this thread appreciate the meanings of some of the straps shown? For example, the one below (copied from an earlier post) is the stable belt of the Royal Marines.

Good question. Probably more just like the colors and matching their straps.

I know it's not nylon, but I love natos. Picked up this oiled leather nato from clockwork synergy for $7 (clearance and discount code), including shipping. I figured it would be a cost effective way of trying out leather, and so far I'm really liking it. The leather is thin (which I prefer and adds less bulk), almost the same thickness as my Maratac natos. Very comfortable.

Trying out toxicnatos straps. Fitting is great I just hope it'll not stretch when wet (as I'm yet to try it) customer service and follow up is outstanding, Terry is the man! Do yourself a favour and support and buy from him!

Just sitting drinking a coffee, looked at the time, and was rather struck by the look of the Bond in the mountains:
