Did Rolex stop chamfers/beveled lugs on the last of the 5-digit references?

I'm shopping around for a 16570 and have noticed something: multiple listings of NOS models from the absolute tail end of the ExpII's production run in 2011 where there appears to be no chamfer/bevel on the lugs. By that year 6-digit references had come out (the GMTII in 2006, I believe) and obviously with 90* lugs.

So my question: is it a known fact that Rolex stopped the chamfers on 5-digit models while they were still around (such as the 16570)? Or is this just a case of photography lighting/angles and bad eyesight on my part?

I know we all track the years when hollow end links --> solid, lug holes --> no holes, Luminova --> Superluminova, 3185 --> 3186, etc... is there a certain year I would want to avoid if I wanted to guarantee I did get a 16570 with chamfers?

After looking at several threads over the years, I don't think there is definitive proof that chamfers ended on a certain date.

But you should be safe looking at V serial numbers and pre-V.

I'm sure there are G s/n versions that are chamfered - but there is always the chance that the chamfers you might see in a listing's photos were put there by an indie watchmaker during an overhaul and polish.

Lug chamfers tended to be very, very minimal or totally gone as production of these 5-digit models came to a close. As an exact time frame for this occurrence, again, it was toward the end of production - there is no exact date.
