Sea Dweller with no engraving
Hi i'm quiet new here, in less than a month as trf member i learned a lot on watches and of course the time piece we adore . . . ROLEX .....
Few weeks ago I bought an SD D-serial(pre-owned by a friend). What interests me is the absence of "ROLEX OYSTER Original Gas Escape Valve" on the caseback. I showed and talked to the manager of an authorized dealer and was told that there are units that came out without it. Now, is there somebody out there who has one like mine? Please fellows enlighten me . . . . thanks BTW here are some pics. . . , http://http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3256/2687911573_c48df50c0a.jpg http://http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3232/2688724036_2409598d72.jpg http://http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3087/2688723956_232c5ccf0b.jpg Last edited by boyet; 21 July 2008 at 08:05 PM.. Hi, you'd do well to post this in the main discussion section where it will get more attention than in this section...good luck.
