I made the mistake of buying a Panerai and after their horrible customer service they lost another customer. I ended up trading it to DavidSW for a great trade value for a complete package, close to mint, yellow gold 16618 Submariner. This was my first transaction with him and it went very smoothly sending a watch and over $10k to someone I never met. Would I do it again with him, definitely if the wife would allow it!
