Sachit, I know a few places that sell used watches, including Rolex.

Look for the following Instagram accounts:

bluediamondwatch (All used watches)
cadeaufarah (Mostly BNIB type deals)

There are others, but these are the ones on Social Media

I am a New Yorker that lives and works in Kuwait. I have not been in any places that sell used Rolexes, but I have heard read of the "Specialized Watches Exhibition" in March. See the link below. It may be the only place in Kuwait to get a deal on a watch. The Kuwaitis don't seem to be the type to shop or need bargains.

I also live in Kuwait, there are many places that sell used Rolexs':

In the market near the liberation tower called Al-Mubarikia there are a few stores close to each other.

In Awqaf Complex there are two good places, one is called Majeed, and the other is called Blue Diamond. This is close to the 1st Ring Road and road 35.

Then, fairly close to the Marina Mall in the Central Plaza (Close to the building with red/blue/green lights) there is a place called Cadeau Farah.

The prices are as per global prices, i.e no really good deals, and many watches are not full sets, i.e. box, papers etc.

I am just seeing your response now. I will be sure to look out for those places when I get the chance. I am in the market for other brands of watches. Perhaps I can get a good deal on other brands. The watch fair is next week here in Kuwait and I plan of seeing what they have to sell.
