One of the best ones I've seen was a question asking if the gold crown on the box was real gold.........

And the guy just wouldn't back off ......

Well its a fact mainly since the introduction of the Rolex Rolex on the rehaut and ceramic inserts, Rolex have stopped making watches they now only make alignment points.

I've always wanted a Daytona and can get a good deal on a V867XXX, but I also found a DJ serial V868XXX that I don't really like but it's newer. Which should I get?

Some guys takes off their Rolex submariner when swimming in the pool or at the beach. I bet they didn't want it to get wet. Rolex should make Sub-C as waterproof to 3 Meters only and not 300 meters since most guys take off their subs anyway when they go swimming. LOL

Safe Rolex?

When I wear my Rolex I get girls telling me they think I'm a big man, but when I'm not wearing my Rolex girls seem to ignore me. I'm worried about wearing my Rolex when I inpress girls (which I enjoy, being a vile and successful young adult) in case one of my stickers should accidentally fall off and I get it damaged.

Conflicted 21 - with my very first Rolex.

Daytona Vs Sub Date

Which is better?

Also...On average...which model has a higher average discount at an AD?

Oh...are both watches equally safe to wear on ones wrist?

As an idea........., rather than letting these threads clog up the main forum and then just wither and die, perhaps we should have a seperate section the mods could move them to as soon as the true content has been established......

The "brighten everyone's day up with a good laugh" section.......or The "think twice before posting" section.......

In this way, they could at least receive their rightful place in TRF history........

The battery in my GMT is still going strong after 12 years! That there is real Swiss craftsmanship. But, yeah they said I have a lifetime battery as well but I also call BS! I'd only believe it if they went to solar technology.

No.

You'll be too close to DavidSW. You'll come back with two, maybe three.

Some treads that are starting to get annoying are "Where is ####".

Some people dont get it, TRF is not about popularity, is about watches.

Good questions guys. Maybe you can help me out with a problem I'm having with my Sub. I think it's broken because the date keeps changing a 12:00 noon instead of at midnight. Is my Rolex defective??

Wow, folks.

Being fairly new to the forum, it seems as if some of the 'old timers' find some of the newby questions obnoxious. Is this the kind of 'welcome to TRF' thread the community really wants?

I was starting to really enjoy the community, but if I'm at risk of annoying the greater community with a question, including the moderators, then perhaps it's not as welcoming as I once thought?

I think I went too far..

Hold on, I'll start a thread to ask it, I think that's what he would like me to do.
