I haven't used them for service, but they are the biggest Rolex retailer in MA. I think they have their own in house watch maker, whatever they can't handle they send to Rolex. - Hope that helps. They also have a location in Boston and Natick.

For warranty work the Peabody store shipped my watch to RSC NY. Not certain what they do for non-warranty work. Let us know how it goes.

They seem to have a few knowledgeable Rolex people at the Braintree store.
Pleasant and willing to show the pieces in the case. I have received prices over the phone in the past.
If I was going to buy from an AD I would certainly consider them. Especially since there is no longer any Rolex AD in Cape Cod area for a few years now.

Stopped by the peabody store a couple weeks ago to try on the new sea-dweller. I've been to the larger Burlington location as well. Helpful staff, good selection of Rolex, Tudor, and other brands. Haven't had service on my SubC but i wouldn't hesitate to use them if need be.

contacted them via email and they suggest an overhaul to me and that it would run $650 depending on parts. Probably going to stop by the store at some point to talk a little more.

Nice folks in a newly renovated store. Ask for Radwan for watches. He's very helpful and will work hard to make a customer happy.

They have their own guy to work on Rolex. Not sure of the skill level, but at least if something goes wrong he is there to fix it and you can see him working through a glass window.

I've made a few purchases from Longs and always been happy.

Tell Radwan that Tony D sent you. He will appreciate the referral.

They said they do in house rolex repairs just like rolex does them and it would be 6-8 weeks. Is that a long time for a repair? My main issue is that I can hear the rotor on my exp II and I know many say that is the bearing busted and needs immediate fixing.

I am interested to hear which route you finally decide. Fingers crossed that I am more than a few years removed for a service. I went the peabody store for sizing and they did it in less than 2 mins with no charge.
