on a serious note, is there anything about zip boots i need to worry about?

as much as i love laces, i find myself getting lazier with age haha

Nothing in particular I can think of at this moment really. No zip (I mean the actual zip itself) on mine has crapped itself out so far, touch wood.

I can get my zip boots on and off like superman does his changeover That is what I like about them and also they look simple, good and smooth without any obstructing features (laces, eyelets) on the front.
