The 2500 XL PO needs 2 half links on 12 o'clock side to be perfect. I guess the 42mm works the same way.

My issue with the PO was less about the bracelet fit and more about the case back. For some reason, the raised ring around the Sea Monster dug into my wrist, even when wearing loose. I have a bony wrist and maybe that's why? Don't really know but I gave both the 42 and 45 a try to no avail.

I agree, Raf. I hate that ring. What a stupid decision to put that on a caseback. I read that was meant to add friction (resistance) and make the watch more stable on the wrist, but by adding friction it makes the caseback a true and absolute pain. Sometimes I think about getting a 42mm 2500 PO (mine was the XL) but if the caseback hurts the wrist the same way on the 42 its a no no for me.
