Pepsi if a man is wearing it.

Daytona if a woman is wearing it.

My AD has a white daytona set aside for my wives 40th birthday.

It depends on how you want to use the watch. Pepsi if you travel a lot and want the GMT function or daytona if you want to race.

Or choose which one you like more based on looks.

Both are great watches. Maybe buy both?

I generally do not like colorful watches. I would opt for the Daytona.

Have both. I find my black 116500 not as legible. I also enjoy the date window. The color pop is subtle but beautiful on the pepsi and is such a classic color combo. Often imitated but never replicated. As such i wear the pepsi more and wear the daytona less. W that said the daytona is beautiful and more under the radar and sits under a shirt cuff easier.

Black daytona 116500 vs pepsi 126710 blro

Both are legends but I’m taking a Daytona everytime in this matchup.

Would make a bullet-proof duo though.

I have the white dial.daytona as well as the pepsi on jubilee

Pepsi on jubilee wins, best watch had everything

Date 2nd timezone

Jubilee bracelet and carries enough swag

Let's face it Daytona is a swag watch and pepsi has that as well

You cant go wrong with either. Both are great watches. If you like some colour on your watch then pepsi it is. If monochrome watches are your thing then daytona.

Purely from functional perspective, pepsi has the edge by being more legible, having a date and two time zones.

Depends on if i need GMT function or one for timing/stopwatch. How do you plan on using your timepiece, besides just to read the time? GMT includes a date function, did you want that?

I have both.
The 126710 blro is flashier and gets way more attention and compliments; Especially from women and WIS.
The 116500 only gets attention from WIS.

I wear my Panda more than I wear my Pepsi.
That being said, my 114060 is my daily driver.

Both are a must-have!! Grab whatever one you can score first, then work on adding the second. Good luck

I have a BLRO ceramic and a vintage Pepsi. With the recent rumors, I think about whether I’d trade my Pepsi for a white DaytonaC if it was discontinued and became an even trade. I really don’t know if I could part with it. It’s that good. And this is coming from someone who always preferred vintage to modern and whose grail watch is a Daytona.

I would find a BLRO more useful than I would a Daytona. I think it's also more legible. I would consider a WG or YG Daytona on OF against a SS BLRO, though.

Imho, The two best looking watches in the Rolex lineup.

However, had both and they are both a hard pass.

Black daytona 116500 vs pepsi 126710 blro

I have both. My gut says Daytona but I wear the Pepsi more. The Pepsi simply edges the the Daytona out in practicality.

^^^^X2. The Daytona has a better movement and more watch on paper but also has the rock star status to back it up. The GMT is a great watch being very versatile but others in the line could fill that roll and is more of a preference choice than being unique. The Daytona is a “Daytona” and has no other competition or equal in the line up.

This thread is interesting to me as I got a black 116500LN from my AD last October and am currently on the hunt for the BLRO.

For me, without hesitation, the black 116500. Good luck!

They really are two different animals and complement each other in looks and function.
