That's true, it was my dads. He used to travel to Germany as he was the Only Volkswagen Distrubuitor of P.R. and the only Puertorican dealer manager between Germans at the time. He bought himself alot of MontBlancs. And this one has survived long enough!

Greetings all! I mentioned in another post that my beloved 25 year old Pelikan bit the proverbial dust and that the company was sending out a new one. It just arrived, and as one of the Pelikan staff remarked, "We don't make them like we used to." She was right, it feels very, very light and the colors aren't as vibrant as the ones on the broken pen. Nonetheless, I appreciate that Pelikan made good, particularly after such a protracted period. Here is the new arrival and I'll have to hunt for a Parker gel refill. Looks like on this glorious Thursday, I'm back in the saddle again. Cheers, Faith

The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it. Resist it, and your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself. Oscar Wilde

I bought this Cartier for my GF, and she never uses it! Well, at least I've never SEEN her use it...
