Help identifying caseback on Ladies OP

Can anyone provide some help here. I'm selling my wife's steel OP and I've been asked a question regarding the caseback. It's a little unusual as it's engraved "Original Rolex Design – Stainless Steel” and he wants to know if these were originally fitted to this type of watch. I've had a look on google and it seems that most model 67180's had a plain back.

I know the watch is authentic but it's a question of if the caseback may have been changed or why some are engraved and some are not.

Any help or comments would be very welcome. It seems that there is lots of info for men's models but almost nothing for ladies Rolex (or am I looking in the wrong place?)

Cheers - Simon
