Yes, the new plastic warranty card does replace the old paper warranty sheet.

By "papers", they mean the card and booklets that come with the watch.

The chronometer cert is no longer issued. I can't remember exactly when it stopped but it's been a while.

The red Chronometer hang tag, with the hologram on it, replaces the Chronometer statement that was on the warranty paper... .. (actual certs have been gone for decades)

question on small green booklet

No, that booklet is just a generalised booklet which is thrown in with every Rolex watch.

The serial no. in the above picture can be seen on the plastic card - M8331XX.
