Icon20 Hooked 2 Insert?

Hello guys,

Ive spent the entire afternoon trying to find an answer to this but I feel Im stuck, I cant be completely sure and I want to post this thread in order to have some help from the community as Im not sure If Ive bought a 1675 with an aftermarket insert.

Last week I was in NY and meet with a Jewellery from Chrono24 with very good reputation to check one of their 1675's available.

I loved it, even tough the polishing might not be the best I thought it was a very nice first Vintage Rolex, with some Patina and its original 78360 bracelet

In the last days I have started to compare my insert with some aftermarkets that ive seen in other threads and doubts have started to take on me.

Can someone let me know their thoughts? If you need any other photos please let me know.

The 2s don't look hooked to me. The aftermarket inserts with hooked 2s that I've seen have the top left of the 2 extended past the base of the 2, and it's pretty obvious. See Springer's photos at https://gmtforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=126.

P.S. Many here, me included, are reluctant to click on links or pdf files for fear of malware/viruses. It's best to attach a jpg image to your post as I did for your pdf image below.

The OP's insert:

It's weird being the same age as old people.

Hello there…
You posted this thread in the location that makes it harder to been seen by the right people.
Maybe see if you can have the moderators move it to the vintage discussion section.
