Do RCS use laser welding equipment ?

I have wonder that there is many private watch repair stores that use laser welding system to fix scratchs. Also Patek Philippe use laser welding in part of their norman service. So do Rolex use laser welding in RCS ?

Probably not, unless by special request..

Rolex includes the refinishing of their cases and bracelets in the cost of the service and have a profile where the part is no longer serviceable. .

Patek service (which starts at ~850USD) does not include any work on the case or bracelet and those prices are estimated separately.

I contact my local RSC and ask about Laser welding. They answer that they don't use but if watch case have deep scratches they can send it to Rolex factory where they have laser welding system
