Rolex's in Dubai

Is the land of gold, Dubai, a more cost effective option when buying a solid gold rolex?

Seems like anything in Dubai would cost more, but I don't have any personal experience with that area.

Hong Kong is better!

Even Geneva, city of Rolex S.A., is said to be a good place to buy Rolex watches at reasonable prices.

in the past yes, you could get great prices with great discounts and no tax ofcourse..

but today no, after the recent price increase discounts have gone down and tag prices have gone up.. still no tax though.. good luck

No way!! Dubai is expensive as they too have some kind of tax now. Hong Kong would your very BEST option for the best deal.....provided you are 100% sure you are buying from a Rolex AD only.

yup, but most of the houses are baught by non-locals and are used as vacation houses and lots of houses are being sold as an investment because prices went sky high, basic houses were sold for around 1 million US dollars and sold today for around 3.5 million and those are just the basic houses, i spend a lot of time there at my cousins house here are some pics with me and my cousins watches..
