That’s very sad to read, genuinely, that’s a really tough read, and tough to type, your honesty is very admirable .. I haven’t been on this forum long, so have no idea who is who - I do chuckle at your rants on nicknames, and too I survived cancer once.
Thank you for reminding us how precious life is ..

My heart goes out to you Padi! I've had prostate and kidney cancer both and for some strange reason I'm still here. I hope so much that things turn for you.

Padi, you've made a positive impact on many people in this community, and you continue to do so.

Relationships are the most important thing we have - as all other things are perishable. But well-fed relationships won't perish.

You've made your impact. Your heart and soul can feel good about this, and your legacy of service to others will outlast your time on earth.

Peter, thanks for your commentary on here. I’ve always enjoyed reading your rants about actually using your watches and not keeping them locked up in the safe. I’m sorry your health is fading. I guess we all are fading, and time is short. Vaya con dios!

I always like YOUR view on things. Especially the 'scratch' posts. I was flattered when you highlighted my quote in regard to someone wanting to put a protective strip on their clasp. Much peace and love

Sir, I really enjoyed your story and the importance of your divers that were more important that the watch at that moment, it shows your integrity and faith. i've only done 1 dive and it was an experience, but i didnt own a Submariner back then, but i do now and it's been to lakes (i own a jetski) and in the ocean and everywhere else on my wrist and i love looking at it when it's all dirty, dusty, sweaty, it's a tool watch.

I've enjoyed all your stories , i've laughed so many times and now after reading your words, i'm overcome. Instead of sorrow and grief, I give you Joy and Cheer, just to know i am wearing a Rolex just like you.

Sir! I raise my favorite drink in a glass and say " Cheers to you Sir! "
