Rolex Date Model 1500 for $1200?

Good price? Seems like it. It is 1970 era with original boxes, but no papers. Excellent condition with oyster band. Going to look at it this morning, but wondering what you all thought.

Could be! I've found great deals out there. Just be careful for the fungus.

Fungus in the movement? Or is that a joke?

I have had a 15010 for about 21 years. The price seems good, but you may have to factor in a service.

If you want to read it at night, the lume on mine is Tritium and long dead, so keep that in mind too.
