Icon20 GMT Master II - bezel?

I have a SS GMT Master II with black/red bezel. I just had it serviced and the bezel is very hard to move now, plus I think that it used to ratchet and now it glides smoothly. Does anyone know if the bezel should ratchet or not?

Yes, it should ratchet, slight resistance one way and a bit more the other. Sounds like the click spring was either broken or misaligned during install.

Where did you have it serviced?
