I had a similar issue about a year ago. Purchased a 514 through a forum member and upon receiving it realized the hands were misaligned. Had a local AD send to PASC and within a month got my watch back completely fixed and covered under warranty as well.
Those hands would bother me for sure, but what would really irritate me is PASC's inability to fix it despite multiple tries. Best of luck to your friend! |

Hi,
Hope you are keeping well. The hour hand alignment on your friend's Pam is not acceptable and your model would only be borderline acceptable to me. Considering the way you have been stuffed around I'd send them both in for a 2 for 1 fix. E.

Hi Eddie Completely agree my friends watch is unacceptable. However, my watch is fine. I've scrutinized the markers pretty closely...now don't get me thinking mine is off! You're the first poster who has taken issue with my 312! Mild coincidence is these were both purchased new from the same TS - but different ADs - about a year apart. |
