Patek identification

Hello! Can You be so kind and help me identify this Patek watch? Is it original?

Happy to be corrected, but immediate impression is that it’s not a genuine watch, even if re-cased with a display case back and obviously wrong crown.

It is an OLD pocket watch movement, from 1860's. It probably had a gold case that was scrapped out in the 1980's or perhaps earlier.
Some one has recased it and put a different dial on it so the 12 would be orientated to the top instead of by the crown.
So, recap. Original Patek movement. Everything else, is not original. Dial, case and crown.

Early Patek's did not all have wolf teeth gears. This one would date to the American Civil War. Engraving looks alright to me. Not much info on the early watches, generally not as collectible.
But, would not be very valuable as just a movement either. The had nice cases back then, but the movements are not much to talk about.
