I believe that 1-2mm matte surface is a rubber gasket. You'll probably want to hang on to that!

Maybe it's me, but hard to get too excited about releasing the same watch in a different metal. Not exactly breaking any rules so to speak.

I told her I felt a bit manipulated given she said I'd have to pay full price because it was the only one they'd receive that year only to get later calls from other staff saying they had 4 arriving in December. It also bothered me - after being asked to place a deposit - to have them offer me a watch someone else had put a deposit on if I came in to purchase then and there.

She was very glib and unapologetic and after that asked if I wanted to try it on one more time. Then she stonewalled me on information about SIHH even though other saleswomen had shown me pictures.

I'm moving away from AP in general and this will hasten the transition. That and the awful resale lately.

Hey all, sorry if I distracted from this otherwise wonderful teaser discussion by pointing out one 'weak link in the bracelet'! Mad Manuela is the exception, not the norm.

To help anyone who has had troubles with Mad Manuela, ask for Keeno instead. He's a delight just like Jonny always was. Heck, even the security staff seem down-to-earth and happy to chat about their kids/grandkids building snowmen, so I'm pretty sure Mad Manuela just won't last.

Marciano I'd be quite jealous of RG skelo, I hope you take that plunge, Sir!

I will love to see the YG Jumbo / Blue irl. I am quite sure it will be stunning. I hope they made it the electric blue color same as the one in the YG ROC Blue.

Voutilainen has a new model. The complication is obscure and don't fully understand how it works and it enough to deviate me from the Vingt 8

Now this is awesome and something I would love to have, unfortunately it is way out of my price range, it will probably be less than my Voutilainen but my watch budget has dried out, of course if ever they made a Jumbo in full ceramic then I might have to get one, but a PC nope.

We saw it in real with de66 when we went to see him, he asked we don't talk about it until it is unveiled, quite interesting but it does take away from the simplicity and beauty of the simple time only, here is the pic and an article which explains how it works, it is beautiful but I prefer the one I am getting, but this one is interesting, article where they explain the watch http://www.watchpro.com/sihh-2017-pr...tell-the-time/

If just making the ceramic case is already lot of work, imagine on the bracelet. Can't wait to see it in actual.
