I am a fan of skeleton watches but this watch doesn't look like a Daytona. Plus, I don't like the look.

Wow.

I opened that link thinking that everyone was exaggerating and that it couldn't be that bad.

I was so wrong.

That might be the worst thing I've ever seen done to a rolex.

Makes it look like any random $10 skeleton watch you find on eBay.

You could always buy it and send it in for service, wouldn't Rolex replace all the modified stuff with correct stuff? Now if you could get it for say $8K that might be a good deal. Assuming it's a real Daytona.

Well, we know one thing for sure: not a lot of skeleton fans here on the forum. If it's done well, I can see the point. If you're just going to chop-saw the dial, maybe you need to tweak your meds or sumpin.
