I just upgraded from the 3gs to the 4g and I love it.

Thinner, better camera (photos and videos are better), alittle faster and the display is great!

My original plan was to get the next one later this year, but since my 3gs got wet in a rainstorm it was acting funny I upgraded. I don't think there will be too many changes with the next phone. Kind of like the differences between the 3g and the 3gs.

I will wait for the next iPad though. If it has the new retina display, that would be awesome!

I would upgrade!

The white looks great when its new , but after time it will start to yellow just like the old macbooks. I just want the Iphone 5, At&t just bumped there upgrade fee. I am sick of these tricks to screw the consumer. 4$ gas is bad enough.

They just bumped the EARLY upgrade cost, i.e. people upgrading before 18 months.
Can't really blame them. They pay Apple 699 dollars for a 32gb iPhone 4 and 599 for a 16gb. They eat around 400 per phone during a standard upgrade and around 200 to 300 for an early one.

I know they are in business to make money ,and nothing wrong with making a profit, but they are getting on avg 2400$ out of the consumer every 2 years if the avg bill is 100$ Thats some serious money they are getting from just one person, and I would think they could take a couple hundred dollar loss to appease the masses. They had to raise prices once they bought Tragic Mobile aka T-mobile. Im sure the unlimited data will disappear on my iphone too next go round on the Iphone 5
