Authentic Wall Clock

This is my first post, so I am not totally sure of the format, but I have a question regarding a clock that I have in my possesion. My father is an avid rolex collector and has many watches, and he gave me this wall clock a couple of years ago because he no longer wanted it in his office. I was wondering, based on pictures, if this clock has any chance of being authentic. I have seen posts about many fake Rolex dealer clocks, but this has a "Rolex" sticker on the back that claims it to be Swiss Made, and not available for resale. It certainly has very nice build quality. Thoughts?
