What should I get rid of?
So what should I get rid of and what should I get as a replacement. I've been think about getting rid of the 116610LV and getting a TT Sub. I also want another 16710, but with Coke insert. Any suggestions?

Not a big fan of IWC & SMP but that's just me... so I'd probably get rid of those two.

This is the Rolex Forum.... I'd be dropping all those watches not in oyster cases.

When to see winding crowns on the Omegas need to be replaced...you will then understand the beauty of the oyster case's engineering.

Firstly you have a great collection. I'll replace IWC, Omega Seamaster and if you still want to replace one of the other watches then one of LV or one of Daytona.

I wear all of them...except the 116610LV. When I got it, it was an impulse buy. |

How often do you wear the Monaco? Just curious as I've wanted one but not sure how much wrist time it would get with my Speedy and Daytona

I wear it on the weekends. I have the Hirsch Performance strap on it and it's very versatile. You can dress up and dress down with it..depending on the strap of course. |

What should I get rid of?
I really like your collection! You have about 4 pieces that are at the top of my list. As for what to sell... whatever doesn't get any wrist time. Be it the 116610 or any other that sits. At least that's what I tell myself I'm going to do. Ha. Good luck.

Sounds like you're pretty adamant about what you want to do, so go ahead.
Sell the 116610LV and buy another 16710. |

Yeah don't get rid of the Monaco, Speedy moon, or Seamaster. If anything, I'd lose that blue limited edition Speedy (is that the Gemini?).
Your collection is very sporty. What about a dress watch? For Rolex, maybe a datejust with fluted bezel. For a true dress watch, maybe a JLC from the Master collection? They would seem to be in your price range. |

I'd keep the Daytona white dial, 16610lv, 16710 and IWC, then sell the rest and get a Day Date or Patek.

If you dont wear the LV then let her go and let someone else enjoy. I think a TT Bluesy would add some spice to your collection.

As for dress watch, I don't wear suits at all except for weddings. My job is pretty laid back so sporty watch is what I like. But yes I should probably add a DJ or a Day-Date, maybe in the future. Quote:
I'm thinking about a TT Bluesy...If i consider a TT Bluesey..should I get the 5 digit or 6 digit ref.? |

I'll take the black dial submariner.
And the one in the middle from the bottom row with the white dial. Which one is that? |

I'd just get the Coke insert for your GMT. No "need" for a diffferent watch.
I personally would never get rid of the LVC, but I do like the idea of you adding a 116613. Maybe lose the Monaco and one of the black subs. I would say the omega smp and the IWC but I read what you said about them above. |

So basically, you've ruled out both Daytonas, both Omegas, the IWC, the Monaco, you said you wanted to add "another" 16710 which obviously implies you want to keep the black subs. As far as I can tell that leaves the following on the chopping block... -116610LV -16610LV -116710BLNR -Tudor BB So that's the way you open up the conversation I mean the cut list is short enough to put in the thread title... but it seems like you want the LVC gone. |
