I swear I am one of the rare few who always signals, comes to a complete stop obeys school zones no matter what ect... But I do have the "problem" that our car is damn fun to drive!

Thanks Marie, beef intestines are not everyone's cup of tea, but I like the texture. The ramen is my favourite It's the perfect meal to end a night out. It has a strong smell, but in kyushu if you're not eating tonkotsu, you're not eating ramen

I am adventurous with regard to food and will try most anything_once. I must admit that I would require bit of Sake before I tried that.

I hate cutting big bro. Its my least favorite part of bbing because I always feel I lose some muscle mass so I dont cut like I should. Plus my wife wont let me eat like that for more than a few days. She'll just make something so good I have to eat it. |

& I'll PM you a link later (from home) to the CNP protein I use... It's a blend of casein & whey so a good 'all rounder' IMO.

Buddy Leo , you'd think that in the great State of Florida , surrounded by water and an abundance of fish , it would be possible to purchase a fishing-rod and go out and
CATCH FISH ! I don't give the fishmonger a penny , I catchem , saltem and even air- dryem which I learned when I lived in Iceland. The Icelanders called the dry fish..... Hongifiskur ( my spelling) it's delicious either chewed dry or added to soups and stews, did you have the same methods in Sverige ? I am going to do my cod to your recipe....it looks great ! |

Guys I thought it might be prudent to post this 'in the open' in case anyone else fancies a change as well??
Obviously they're UK based suppliers but I can highly recommend the CNP as a 'daytime' protein.... I use MaxiMiuscle Pro-Max whey-isolate before & after training but when I need something slower digesting (& in the convenience of a shake) I use the CNP Pro-Peptide blend. (& on a personal note neither give me the stomach troubles that I've found with some other brands). http://www.cnpprofessional.co.uk/all...pplement.html/ http://www.maximuscle.com/promax?gcl...FUGX2AodkC1VPA

Here are a couple of proteins I'm using now and really like. The Syntha-6 banana flavor is really good, the triple whey is better in chocolate flavor unless you want to blend with fruit in which case vanilla is best. 220g is a lot of protein, don't back into any open flames....... |

(& Sorry if we're 'hijacking' the thread but for anyone doing resistance training on a regular basis I'd advocate 1g protein/per lb of body-weight as a general rule of thumb..... When I'm bulking I'll double that. )

Pizza night postponed until tomorrow night.
I smell something aromatic cooking downstairs will take the camera with me when the call comes in. I hope it's not cat, I love cats but can't eat a whole one. (I know, I know, terribly bad joke). |
