I can also recommend something from Saville Row, the home of fine tailoring, Gieves and Hawkes or Osvald Boateng for more contemporary.

Not to everyone's liking but they have been my favorite for a long time.

I am personally a huge fan of Zegna ties. Not only do they always tie exceptionally well, but the patterns and colors always pop. I have also had some great luck with canali ties

Thanks! I will look at all the suggestions in the future.

I went with hermes this time around (pic attached). May go zenga next time.

I often wear a blazer shirt and khakis to work with no tie but have been dragged into court often lately by my ex who has made a custody battle very ugly, so my work clothes will get a court appointed upgrade.

When I went to court (it was also a civil proceeding) I was explicitly told not to wear an Hermes tie, Rolex or anything that could be perceived as flashy. Went with a solid burgundy tie from Brooks Brothers

This is a screenshot of style I'd go with

I enjoy a nice tie myself. For good ties that aren't breaking the bank take a look at Thomas Pink.

Here is my small and humble collection:

Brands included are Gucci, Dior, Charles Tyrwhitt, Lanvin, Balmain, Thomas Pink, TM Lewin etc

I used to wear ties all the time and Hermes and Zegna were the way to go.
Now I tend to just buy something from brooks brothers that matches my suit/shirt.
I'll have to check out Sam Hober.

That's been my exact same experience with Hermes. I also like Kiton and Ferragamo ties.

I'm a huge Bond fan. With that being said, all of Daniel Craig's ties were made by Tom ford for his movies. With that being said, some of them aren't hardly obtainable unless you want to pay some crazy money. However, this guy operates a custom clothes business and is awesome at it. He has recreated several pieces from various movies and I have several of his pieces. The quality of the silk he uses is second to none. Have a look.

Hermes and Drake's are my favorite. Haven't bought a Drake's tie in 3-4 years though, so I'm not sure if they're still as good.
