Orginal box or a fake one

Who nows of this box is orginal or fake.

When i see the outherbox it could be, but when I see the white inside of the box it looks brandnew to me. That give me some toughts about this box.

This is known as a coffin box.
I would guesstimate that it is not a 60's but more toward the 70's.
Search the net a lot references to boxes out there with claimed time periods..

I always thought the pyramid-like topped boxes (see pic 1) were known as "coffin boxes". And besides the OP's rectangular one, I've also seen the clear shipping boxes advertised (as on the For Sale sub-forum here) as "Coffin Boxes"

40-50s. Mainly 50s with piece that were mounted with leather straps. Nice condition!
