It's funny the most information came from someone who hasn't been around long, it's the same with every forum I've ever been on, some 'veterans' with large post counts thinks that's their proof of their vast knowledge. Then instead of using it to help they feel they have a right to not help those with questions which at some point they wouldn't have known the answer to themselves.

What is the same on all forums is the fact that long term members get bored when someone new asks a question that has been covered many times before and could have been answered with a quick search.
