College Football starts in 3 weeks!

OK, so…. Who’s your team? Who do you think will win it all? Any big surprises in the playoffs this year?

I can’t wait for the season to start, there are so many interesting stories. Was Michigan’s season a fluke or is Harbough really (and finally) bringing the team to championship (competitive) levels? How will Notre Dame do with a new coach? Will the Pac-12 prove any kind of threat… (to anyone?).

Maybe a bit early but I’m excited so lets hear what you have to say.

Not going to attempt answering all those questions Paul
But yes…can’t wait! Being a Florida native who moved to GA a couple years back, I still route for the team I used to watch play live when I was young…go Gators, but I am a GA fan as well! Go Dawgs!

I enjoy good college football and am a fan of the SEC. Alabama is where I went to Graduate School and Georgia is a school with strong family ties. It will be an interesting year as always.

I'm looking forward to watching the team USC fields after bringing in Lincoln Riley and half of the Oklahoma team with him.

Hmmm…we have parallels - yet Go Canes is the “right” answer!

Of course that is a debate in which we will never find the “right” answer.

My connection goes back almost 100 years to my grandparents who lived through the 1926 hurricane the year after the UM began.

Sorry. You can’t be fans of both. I think there are laws against it.

Go Dawgs! Repeat baby! Lost my hat at the Natty in Indianapolis last January going bonkers during the pick-6.

In all honesty though, Bama is going to be tough to beat. #1 player on offense and #1 player in defense, not to mention a heck of a supporting cast. I think it’s Bama and everyone else is fighting for second

Go Canes. Just let’em stay close with A&M and keep building that momentum. Rest of the CFB World is gonna get rocked in a couple of years and the Storm will just keep brewing into an eventual Category 5.

Here’s your Warning to start battening down the hatches because she’s a coming!

My school has had an awfully tough time in recent seasons, losing 23 of their last 24, but the new coach seems to be doing things the right way, so there's hope for the future. I expect this season will be better than the last few, (a low bar, for sure) but must of the football loving alumni are pretty excited about how things will look two three years from now.

If you're school isn't one of the big football factories, and has to operate with somewhat limited resources, a bad coaching hire can devastate a program. The previous guy here did just that. Signed for a lot of money and then proceeded to pretty much sit on his ass for the next three years. Left the cupboard completely bare.

SEC > Big 10 > the rest > Notre Dame

Go Dawgs. Going to be a great year for the SEC.

Can’t wait! College football is my favorite sport, period.

My 2 teams have left the PAC 12 (PAC 10 when I went there). My kids’ cousins go to ASU, so I can root for the Sun Devils now.

My team now is Boise State. Go Broncos!

It will be interesting to see what USC does this year. If I’m watching a game with none of my teams playing, I enjoy watching the SEC games the most.

Sam Hartman I believe is the QB for Wake Forrest and he is stellar. Don't sleep on this team.
