Hello,

I had ordered on-the-fly extension links when the product were available on 05/01/2024 and till now,05/08/2024, I have not received any tracking number. Even though it is said shipped to US would take 12-24 days (if I remember correctly). Numerous contacts were made their contact form in the website but I got no response at all.

Have anyone had the same experience I got?
