Awesome Chart, bit hard to see without glasses on :)

Wonder what the going rate for a genuine 5508 is these days

Anyone know price in Saudi Arabia for a submariner in a AD? Someone posted on this thread they paid £4000 more for a Daytona in Saudi? Why do they charge so much.

Heard that the price in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan will increase from 1 Feb. How about in Europe or the States?

The Rolex DJ 126334 is priced at 8,800 euros in Italy, which includes a 22% VAT. In the United States, the same watch is priced at $9,350, and this price does not include a 7% tax.

After doing the calculations, it seems that purchasing the watch in Italy during your upcoming trip would save you approximately $30 when converted to USD.

My question pertains to the VAT refund process, which could potentially have a significant impact on the overall cost difference between buying the watch in Italy versus the United States. Are you familiar with how the VAT refund system operates?

You usually have to go through GlobalBlue for the VAT refund, which is seamless but comes at a steep price: on 22% of VAT, they'll refund you around 12-15% and they keep the difference as the commission.
