I like how he says the jeweler he took it to isn't familiar with this brand. Uh, what? Not familiar with Rolex? That's not even close to believable. I've PM'd him asking for the watch to be removed in addition to reporting it to eBay. Shiester

Yes, I sent him a message that the watch he's selling is not real... and this what he says. I'm surprise is still on eBay.

The bezel was damaged when I received it from the auction I bought from. The case an the dial what are you looking at I don't see anything different then the ones on eBay for sale now. This guy is selling everything from coins to Nintendo players, with pretty good feedback. Could be that he's a blithering idiot and doesn't know better. Clearly, he doesn't care to know more than can be gleaned from a Google search. Bad news for the bidders :(

Ebay didn't pull the auction, and some idiot just paid $3700 for a Junker.

I'm constantly amazed at how many idiots with spare cash there are trolling through ebay.

I have reported items after they sold. No idea if eBay actually looks into it when there's a buyer already.

Also no idea why some auctions get canceled and some are allowed to continue despite several reports.

However eBay clearly states that multiple reports by the same person will only slow down their reviewing process, so I'd advice against reporting more than once.
