Opinions on Datejust 16030 Blue Dial

Hi there,

I am new to vintage Rolexes but not new to vintage watches in general. Compared to other brands I find it very hard to seperate the good and bad ones. Mainly due to two reasons:
1. There are so many variations.
2. There are so many fake and franken watches out there.

Therefore, I would like to learn from you :-) This forum has already been a great help!
I am currently looking at this DJ 16030 from chrono24.

The dial looks very nice.
Maybe too nice? What do you think about the dial and hands and why?

Thank you!

Best,
Sebastian
