if you want to talk prices, nothing talks louder than cash. with CC you may be hit with a lessor discount or fees.

Im not sure of discount structure in HK. But if using the discount structure in SG as a guide, expect about 10% on datejust, and 0% on popular sports models, infact they may even be a premium.

Depends on whether you can get the following:

a) stock availability
b) discount level
c) tax refund
d) currency

those are the deal breakers when taking advantage of prices of rolex's overseas.

i suggest you do some legwork in austria first, and compare the prices when you get to the ADs. that way, you save the headache of converting, etc.

those prices aren't that bad for second hand LVs.... obviously need to see the condition first..

I was there on Monday, 9th May, Price HKD 56,800 and 5% discount without my asking for a SS Sub date with ceramic bezel. Didn't ask for further discount as I didn't like the shape of the new model.

Yes, it was at the Rolex store on Nathan Road near Tsim Tsa Tsui (sp?) MTR station. I am going to check the Rolex store in harbour city next week and see if there is any difference.

Also as I said, they offered 5% discount the moment I asked how much. I didn't haggle further at that point as I wasn't sure I liked the new model but maybe they would have dropped the price a little further if pushed.

Hey guys I'm in Kowloon at the moment and was at a shop called London watches or something near kimberly St and they had an LV sub c for $31500HK
And a sub c with the price tag hanging at $12400hk

Am I hearing right or are these high end fakes?

These prices are not realistic.
I've never seen prices like those.
Certainly a big red flag.

I think you're seeing wrong ...and stores in HK do not sell fakes. They'd be shut down in a heart-beat. Prices on the Sub C is around $57,000 HKD and with the usual %8 offered on that model right now is around $52,800. Only place you'll find fakes is from the shifty dudes on Nathan Road nattering at you with "copy watch, cheap suit, taylor?? "

Hey Jake,

sorry to correct you slightly ;)
After the recent price increase, the price for the Sub C is at around HKG 59000.

Discount 8% was offered to me several times on this watch and the Rolex shop next to the Holiday Inn would have even accepted CCs on that deal.

I could not get better than 8% sharp - unfortunately.

Greetings to Hong Kong and please reply my email ;)
