Also I feel if you want to go GMT route get the aluminum variant and then purchase separately all of the bezels so then you can switch out the colors with the black dial

Well, if you believe the Paul Thorpe YouTube guy, we’ll see a new 41mm Hulk in March (though likely not in the flesh anytime soon).

If you already own a Hulk, and are worried about it losing value if that happens…well…look at the current Batman prices, your money is probably safe =)

Hulk - wanted one for a while, then was in a position to start thinking about buying and learned about this bizarre Rolex shortage. Now that it’s discontinued and prices have skyrocketed I’ve moved on. Maybe if the market crashes I will get a hulk one day - until then lots of other great watches.

Paul Thorpe, the online watch guru, very respected, just announced from his reliable sources that Rolex is producing a new Hulk Siub in 2022 in the new 41mm case and updated movement.

Wow!

I really wish the green sub was very undesirable and didn't have fanboy IG hype just like it was back in the days when it sat in display cases. These "bro what do you think of X vs the hulk" "which one is cooler bro" "I got one for sale bro box and papers" threads and "hey bro cool watch" "is that a hulk bro" conversations are getting old (I get them in real life too).

Don’t believe everything you read.

It would share the ref number of the new cermit/Starbucks … where would that go? Surely a hulk and cermit/Starbucks can’t share the same reference number?

They might bring it back in precious metal, but I don’t see it coming back in steel.

Yes I'd say if the Hulk is coming back it may be in white gold or platinum. Steel Hulk prices will go through the roof it that happens.

Hulk for me, discontinued, goes dark on indoor lights / winter, and glows in summer/sunny days. Way more special than the 12 series. Although the 12 series is more comfortable on the wrist, the market speaks better of the Hulk. Wearing mine today, although I wear it for the looks rather then the money (similar reason why I got my first 116610LN back in 2012) it's still quite funny to see mine (2020, new card) is worth up to 34k... up from the 23k I paid back in October for it.

Lol “I wear if for the looks rather than the money” yet you still found it necessary to mention how special yours is and how much it’s worth.

Hulk will return in SS. Rolex is all about feeding the hype train these days. If anything the Starbucks will go away.

You may be right but I doubt it, only having the green bezel 126610 in production for 2 years does not follow their typical production runs for a core model at all. But who knows!

Don’t like the light neon green dial on the hulk or the blue on the bluesy, so 12LV.

Personally … I don’t like the Starbucks at all … green bezel and sunburst green dial match way better !!!

… for me … it has more personality …
