Looking forward to seeing the 5170P and how it is made unique.
I like the idea of the black subdials but think it may look a bit like the datograph?
Kind of expecting a blue dial offering for the P.

Really hoping to see a stainless version before it's over.

But they made a blue 5270! Don't know, could be, but I don't think they will go "blue."

"Really hoping to see a stainless version before it's over" dream on friend.

Time will tell, excited to see it happen in any combination.

Will keep dreaming about the SS

thoughts and expectations

As many PP lovers, I hope the new 2017 PP collection will present new iconic models and not only variations.

My thoughts will be:
- at least a new 6000 calatrava in a larger case and maybe with Breguet numerals,
- a 3151P (preferred to a 5231)
- a 5270P
- a new Advanced Research to demonstrate PP is still in "advanced"
- a new 5960 in steel on strap as this caliber is Iconic and unique. Kari (Dr.Kol) has demonstrate the charm of this variation with his bespoke straps.
- a new Annual Calendar as the 20th anniversary was last year and brevet falls.

My expectation:
- a new larger caliber to replace 215 one
- a good unexpected surprise from TS.

Regarding chronographs, I wait to discover soon the new revolutionary model created by Agenhor AGH-6361 (Geneva Car Show 9 march 2017) and its impact on classical chronographs (5070, Dato,...).

Cheers,
P@t-H

Its a no brainer to update the 5196 and has been for what 10 years.
