Questions about this Red 1680

So I've been looking for a red 1680 for some time. I stumbled across this one. It looks like a MK2 dial with some damage on the dial. The lume is starting to go and the bezel looks to be correct but kind of beat up.

I did have a couple of thoughts. Is the closed 6s and 9s correct for this model. Also does the cyclops look right? I'm not an expert but I think things are pretty much original?

Lastly, not to go to far into specifics, but how much should I factor into the price this level of damage on the insert and dial? Or is this something in this condition just not worth pursuing? Thanks!

I suppose the next question would be, how much should one knock off the price of a damage dial such as this one? 30% of an otherwise normal one?

The dial is like 90% of the value otherwise it's just a sub, pass
