Patek 5070j vs 5524

Strictly speaking dollars and cents not on looks which watch will be worth more money in the long run...

On the safe side get both. 5070 for collection, 5524 for everyday.

Patek 5070j vs 5524

I'm probably one of the few Patek collectors who feels no attraction towards the 5070 (or 5170). The Datograph up/down was my choice for a manual wind chrono. Between the two you've listed, I'd go 5524 - as an owner, I can tell you it has great wrist presence and a very cool look/feel (it's not light!).

buy what you love, personally not the biggest fan of the IWC look on the 5524 (at least not for a patek)
