Patek Novice 5270G advice please

I am new to Patek, I have decided on a 5270G-01, my question to forum members (all responses very much appreciated), From all the 5270G dial variants is there any preferred dial version among collectors? Or is it just a matter of personal preference?

thanks.

I love the blue dial, latest not the Jay Leno. If Stephen posts pics of his old one here I'm sure you will too.

My opinion that is the best looking and coolest Patek in existence.

I'm not sure how you would choose between those dials, they're all phenomenal!

The only one I wonder about is the blue, purely because of the blue strap. Something about a strap that isn't black or brown looks a bit odd to me. Would a black strap work with the blue dial?

I was fortunate enough to have a choice of blue or RG...I was 100% convinced I'd buy the blue but went for the RG. In person it's so warm and incredibly legible and I just can't read the time on the blue dial despite how nice it is.

I'm very happy with the decision. It's just perfect.

For sure, I'd have a black strap on it over blue and in the last pic of Stephen's it works just fine.

FYI, I kept the blue strap on mine (it looks black in that last picture, though).
