1016 back from Bob Ridley

Bob took care of a few things including a case tube, crown and sealing the hands. When they were getting ready to ship it back I was talking to Phillip about how difficult it is to find an authentic dome t22 crystal (I wear this watch most days so a back up seems prudent) and what do you know he was able to hook me up with one for a very reasonable price. Bonus!

From start to finish a wonderful informative watch experience.

Yeah, they are. I told Philip that accuracy was important to me. My 1016, after he regulated, is holding within a couple seconds per day.

Gorgeous! Tough finding one with matching patina on the dial and hands.

Thanks Ky,
the matching dial and hands are one of the reasons I purchased it. I have to admit though I had a 1680 with darker hands than dial due to a bit of corrosion and I enjoyed the fact that the watch was totally unique in how it had aged so I guess I go both ways.
