Well for a black dial PN screw down RCO dial you only need to come up with a cool $350,000 or so but again finding one will be 100% impossible!!

PN is the better looking watch no doubt, but since Rolex doesn't make spare parts for them anymore AFAIK, the new one would be the safer bet and has a better movement as well.

Vintage look nice for sure but only 37mm and have to be handled with care and god forbid any damage they have their major downsides in that respect as they are pretty much show pieces the PN daytona, however the platinum one is also stunning I'd wear that as the daily piece.
If they only would re introduce it in 40mm SS Rolex would have the best watch in the world!
