Gave David a call yesterday morning and wanted to meet up with him face to face for a large transaction. David was having a very busy day and said he could not meet till Sunday. But unfortunately for me, Sunday was not possible as I am leaving out of town. David went out of his way and took the time to meet up with me yesterday evening in Orlando. This is our third meeting in two weeks and he is truly a gem to deal with...always smooth and pleasant. I am very lucky to have him within driving distance. Thanks again my friend for a pleasant transaction.
