I won't go on and on how the stars aligned for this purchase, but they did. I contacted David to see if the watch was still available as it was listed a few weeks ago, and it was.

David not only provided exceptional first class service, he gave me a military discount. I had no choice but to jump on the offer! He even took a few wrist shots before mailing it out FedEx overnight (A response to my silly request. I'm a WIS, what do you expect).

TRF is home to some great people from around the world, and my recent purchase is testament to this.

The Rolex DateJust is in MINT condition. Box, papers, hang tags, even a little plastic thing to cover the watch face.

BTW, the DJ fluted bezel is pretty awesome, I highly recommend at least one is in your collection.
