At every step of the way he was polite, courteous, responsive and fair. He had the watch packaged and labeled before even receiving my wire, and when the piece arrived, not only was it packaged beautifully, but it was truly flawless, and exceed my every expectation. We’ve spoken about several other pieces and the breadth and depth of his knowledge is truly impressive. The only reason I’d buy somewhere else is if I were on a very specific search and he didn’t have or couldn’t get what I was looking for.
