So No, I guess my watch doesn't match my cars.
UPDATE:
Nearly 1-1/2 years after this post and we just replaced my wifes '99 Pontiac Grand AM GT

with this:

It's a 2005 Nissan Xterra (SE) and it's going to be so much better in the snow than that old Pontiac. She loves the roominess, ride and general usefulness of the small SUV.

I like it too. In fact I like it so much I got one too. My truck was starting to need repairs and it gulped gasoline and so I traded it in on this:

Mine is a 2006 Nissan Xterra (S).

Here they are together

Yeah it just worked out that way being the same color. Neither planned nor avoided. Bought whatever had the best price/mileage, different dealers.

YES
They match my watches very well.

The car.....BMW 3 Series M Sports.

Which watch? Any one of the two I own, both work well and the Submariner is even a very similar color to the car.

Clever those guys at Rolex.....

Cannot for the life of me see what difference any car would make while wearing a Rolex. But after buying a few Rolex over the years can only afford half of the model below but a real good runner.

'88 Toyota pickup. Watch is worth more than the car. I am not into cars and see them as transportation. I want reliability, looks aren't important, although I keep my vehicle clean and well-maintained mechanically. This point of view "doesn't compute" with a lot of my co-workers. My old car was an '86 pickup.

Looking at the begining of this thread and I can't believe that over the pond you think 34/36 mpg is good: I have an Isuzu 4x4 (I suppose it aint too bad for an oldish 4x4) at 32mpg everyone thinks that is terrible. You guys would have coronaries if you had to pay the fuel prices in the UK and France

2005 Lexus LS 430, I know it's an old farts car, but it's soooo comfortable on the road, has 300 HP, and the cops totally ignore me! And Lexus service is second to none! I had a M-3 before this, but was totaled by a 16 y.o. and I was out of work on disability for 6 months (head on at 40 mph, totally her fault). I vowed to get a tank next time, but still need a BIG V-8, and I get 26 mpg on the highway. So, all in all, I am happy with my ride. My girlfriend loves riding in it, and it really is fun giving it an Italian tune up, flooring it! Can't believe it has the same HP as my 93 Vette, but it does. Happy for now with my choice, but I keep looking at AUDI's.

My TT GMT IIc is probably worth more than my 2003 Corolla. But the car's great on gas and no problems over 7 years.
