Matte 16750 is a sweet spot... if you at all desire the jubilee buy one that has one. Oysters are easy to source but the proper jubilee takes some patience. As mentioned, the movements are different and the 16750 runs at a higher beat (better accuracy). Both are fantastic watches.

Keep in mind that the "proper" Jubilee bracelet -- the one that was factory-designed for the GMT-Master 16750 -- is the 62510H with #550 end links (that take 2mm spring bars) and the number "50" stamped into the underside of the very last D-link (on both 6 and 12 o'clock sides) to which each end link is directly connected via the springbar.

A Jubilee bracelet with that "proper" configuration is extremely rare to come across (if you're looking for one). When such a bracelet does show up on the forums, it will generally list and sell for several thousands of dollars.

If your GMT-Master 16750, or one you're considering purchasing, has a Jubilee bracelet without that "62510H/50/550" numeric designation, it will have been made for (or will have been removed from) a "Datejust", typically with #555 end links. (The #555 end links use 1.8mm spring bars and are designed for the intra-lug arc of a Datejust's 36mm case, not for the arc of the larger GMT-Master's case).
