Three weeks in Singapore, tips?

In March I’ll be spending three weeks in Singapore on business. I’ve never been before but looking forward to it. I’ll be busy almost every day, but free every evening. What are some things I should check out? What are some must-do’s? Really appreciate any insight from the Singapore locals!

1. Have a Singapore Sling at the top of the Marina Bay Sands (boat hotel)
2. Singapore Botanic Gardens (very old, kept in immaculate condition)
3. "food street" in Chinatown (excellent foods)
4. tourist pass on their metro cards (taking the subway all over the country is the best way to travel. clean/safe/everyone does it/easy to navigate.
5. SEA Aquarium (giant, excellent fun)
6. Siloso island beach

^^^ expert advice!

also, enjoy eating at various food stalls.

plus the SG airport is quite the nice place to enjoy the day.

PS: Krispy Kreme donuts. ok, i know, they're sugary and a USA company, yet get some anyway :)

We enjoy visiting Singapore.

Make sure you check out all the AD’s and greys on Orchard Road.

Raffles is a must and so are the red buses.

Then there is the Changi jail tour.

Singapore is an amazing place to visit.
I’m always amazed at how many great pre owned watches are for sale but the AD’s are the same as everywhere else nothing for sale.
Raffles is a must just been renovated and looks amazing (try Lobster and burger restaurant while there) obviously a Singapore sling in the long bar is a must
Ritz Carlton just around the corner from Raffles does in our opinion the best breakfast in Singapore
Gardens by the bay is worth a visit as is the zoo which we think is incredible
Orchard road is a must if you like shopping

Check out the Mustafa Centre in Little India.
Go to the Tekka Centre for breakfast - Roti Channai and pulled tea/coffee.
Gardens by the Bay - Skywalk walking bridge.
Durian shops/stalls in Sims Avenue, Gaylang.
Chicken Rice from Cafe Kreame in Bugis (steamed and ask for ginger oil).

Are the in person prices at grey dealers in SG any better than what we get here online in the US?

I haven't been since the week before Covid shut everything down, so my info isn't current, but they used to be somewhat better. I still check the websites of some of them and it seems like they "caught up" during the hype years and the prices basically mirror US prices.

That said, I'll be back there in a few months & I'm still going to hit many/most of them along Orchard & Scotts Rd.
